Musician. High school graduate. Currently attending Musicians Institute for live sound engineering. I can be a brat, but I'm typically very nice. Impulsive. Love to text, hate to talk on the phone. (Unless it's with certain people. You know who you are.) More guy friends than girl friends. I'm big into paranormal stuff. I have driven in a demolition derby. I write more than I should, and am currently working on a novel. Electric blue is my favorite color. I could eat orange chicken every day for the rest of my life and be happy. I'm a Nondenominational Christian, and I don't go to church. I wear visual kei, gothic lolita, and ouji fashion. I have a love/hate relationship with the color purple. I used to dance, and apparently had "good extension". I play guitar, bass, piano, and drums. I'm a guitarist in an all-female band. Music is not only my life, it's my everything.

"I believe if you don't have something before your eyes, you can't walk forward." -Reita, the GazettE

the GazettE. I've already met exist trace and Kanon, my two other inspirations. I'd love to be able to explain how much their music means to me, specifically "Miseinen".

Ah, sorry for the late reply. Internet has been acting up. =/

Anyway, yes, I do have a Facebook. ^.^ I'll inbox you the link so I don't get any creepers. xD

It's okay I understand :P

Random thought, I was listening to alice nine. and realized though he's singing in Japanese the lead vocalist's voice and the band kind of reminds me of Tokio Hotel.

and okey dokey, I got it ^_^

and creepers suck haha

I like most Christian rock bands. They
make pretty good music. yeah the screamo does all sound similar I just
got tired of it, plus the lyrics started making me depressed haha.

Taylor
swift has a country sounding voice but her music is kind of pop. I like
some other pop singers like Kelly Clarkson, Adele, and Selena Gomez.

Yeah
I love RED, I find myself listening to them a lot! My favorite song of
theirs is Already Over. Yeah the band drama was annoying but I love thei
new song out "Monster". Yeah we do :)

Awesome, I actually
listeed to them Monday I think. I really like them. But I can't seem to
get a hold of any of their albums. If you have any of them you think you
could send me the download in like a zip file or something? Just
curious.

I got tired of Christian rock after hearing it nearly every day, over and over, in classes and such. *eye twitch* I'm confident enough with my faith that I don't need to prove it through what music I listen to. Apparently this wasn't the case for my teachers. xD

Adele has an amazing voice. I love how it's kind of... rough. I can't really describe it any other way. Haha!

I actually have a website I use to download Jrock I can't get my hands on. Though Alice Nine is one of those bands that you will always find albums by at conventions. =] BUT. Here's the link to all of a9's albums that have been released so far: http://www.jrockvisualkei.com/2010/03/alice-nine.html

And if you like poppish stuff, then you might like Satsuki (click here) and Piko (click here). Satsuki is an amazing individual. <3 He used to be in a rock visual kei band called RENTRER EN SOI, but they disbanded a couple years ago. Piko is a "ryoseirui", meaning he can sing in both male and female voices, as displayed in that PV. ^.^

I understand how that can go. But for me it's usually with an album. I get tired of that same album and so I stop listening to the band all together until they ut out a new album. Yeah I hear what you're saying, It's not like I am gonna be all "I am a Christian so I must listen to skillet"

I'm with you on that, her voice is strong, she can hit some amazing notes while she still has that blues raspyness in her voice.

Oh thanks bunches!! :D They're a pretty good band ^_^

Awesome I will most definitely have to check them out! :3 I am always up for new bands to scope out!

btw do you have a facebook by any chance?

I've gone through every phase...
Christian pop/rock, country, pop, screamo, rock... I like them all but a
lil less country... well at least today's country... with the exception
of Taylor Swift, I like her voice. I like mostly rock now; Paramore,
thousand foot krutch, famlily force 5 (they're a genre all on their own
lol), RED, Skillet, 3 doors down, linkin park, evenescence, 12 stones,
p.o.d., and much more! lol

Oh yes, Christian rock. xD I went to a Christian school for eleven years, so I know how that goes. I had a "screamo" phase, as well. Though after a while it all started sounding the same. Plus a lot of the guys in the local scene were total jerks. =/

Taylor Swift isn't all that country though. That's why a lot of people like her. x]

RED is good. <3 I haven't listened to them in a long time. And I got tired of Paramore with all their in-band drama and such. But overall, I think we have very similar music tastes. =3

You should definitely check out Alice Nine. I think they'd be a band you'd enjoy. =] Have a listen: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uDSi9q2phtY

Of course! ^.^ Evanescence was the band that first got me into rock music. And Mayday Parade have such beautiful songs. I've seen them live four or five times. <3 Love them so much.

Awesome! I love evanescence, I've been listening to rock music since I can remember

I mean, my parents would listen to As I Lay Dying and Demon Hunter... how cool is that :D I love Mayday Parade's love songs... I used to listen to their song Silence obsessivly haha just today I had their song Black Cat stuck in my head lol :P

Ah, niice. ^.^ I actually grew up on country and pop. And Carlos Santana. O.o Haha! But I got into "rock" in middle school. Totally changed my life. =]

Hey, where do you buy all your jrock CD's from?

I buy most of them at anime conventions. There's usually a booth that has tons of them for fairly good prices. The others, like the GazettE's TOXIC, I ordered online. =]

Oh, okay, thanks! I have never gotten to go to a convention :(

I tried to find some on amazong but SOOOO expensive on there.

Yeah, they'll probably be expensive no matter what site you order them from. I tend to purchase mine from CD Japan. But even then, I paid about $60 for my copy of TOXIC. =/ The booths at conventions tend ot have them for cheaper because you don't have to pay to import them. Hopefully you'll be able to go to one soon. =]

Another good place to get Jrock CD's are online sales communities, live on LiveJournal. I have a one or two I could recommend, if you'd like. ^.^

Yeah I noticed, it's freakin' insane! So much to import!

I hope so too, when I finally get a car I can go for sure!! :)

but... idk when that will be sadly

that would be great, I'd love it if you did!
