If you look at their information section I don't think that it's too confusing. If you have any questions, go ahead and send them a message, great customer service. As for clothing quality, the quality is pretty good. I bought a summer dress.
It's the third one down - the blue dress. However that was the only piece of clothing I've ever really bought from them, hahaha. Their accessories prices are really good so I tend to buy accessories from their shop more than clothing. Accessories quality is well... some of them is pretty mehhh... but they're cute. You get what you pay for. The cheaper ones are lower quality than the ones that are 2$ and up. So if you want higher quality accessories, I'd say go for the ones that are 2$ and up.
