My bf is in uni too, his fourth year, and I'm sure he would agree with you. It gets harder and harder every year.

Haha, I got quite a culture chock as well, when I moved! Even tho I'm open minded, it's probably unavoidable! ^^

That's a nice and insightful quote :) I do tend to rush things so I could sure learn to slow down once in a while ^^ Yeah, you're right, what doesn't kill us makes us stronger after all :) And a kite only flies against the wind :)

Yeahpp, I'm studying chemical engineering. Haha. Australia's good. Coming here gives me the chance to do lots of things. I get to see lolita and cosplays here. not a lot, but it's better than back home. and I met lots of cool people too. :DD

yeahp, I go home once or twice a year depending on the air fare. It's pretty expensive to get back home and also pretty tiring too since I'll have to stop by Singapore/Kuala Lumpur/ some other states before I get home for transit.

Oooh, that sounds exciting. I really wanna go Europe one day. It was actually my first choice to continue my studies there. but in the end, my parents and I decided it was too far away from home and I don't really have any friends to look out for me if anything happens.

I see. know what you mean, I'm about the same, still having my holidays before my second year starts. 1 and a half week for me to go.

Have you been doing anything to past your time? I've been doing a little bit of everything recently. Baked some cookies and cakes, tried cooking some new dishes, doing some scrapbooking, and a lil bit of sewing. I bought a nice plain skirt recently to design and I added a bit of frills at the end. want to add some ribbons/laces /flowers but i guess i need to do a sketch first. not quite inspired at the moment.

Wow, chemical engineering ^^ Sounds difficult! ^^ I'm glad to hear you have a good time in australia :) Did you know Kyutie just moved to Germany as well? That's very far from U.S too :) People are so brave to move so far! ^^ Germany and Sweden are very close in comparsion ^^

I've actually started cooking and a little baking myself! :) I have no idea what gotten into me! I used to hate cooking above anything else and now it's the most fun I have during a day, haha. Applying for jobs is reeeeaaally boring :P

But without a job my income barely cover rent and food, so I had to give up on lolita (and everything that costs money basically). I sold most of my lolita wardrobe and I'm not able to get back due to the lack of money. I don't do much craft either since i can't spend any money.. It's kinda boring.. :/ I guess that's why cooking became my new interest, there were simply nothing else left to do! And one gotta eat, right? ^^

Oh well :/ Hopefully after tought times there will be good times :)

Yeahp, my home's still in Malaysia but I'm currently studying in Australia :DDDD
Yes, a lot to catch up..1 whole year of events

I was busy with my Alevels and then busy with applying into University and after that I was occupied with settling down in Australia and studying and Le Puff, it's already my second year now D888
time flies so fast.

How are youuu? :DDDD

Wow, your second year already! How cool! :D What do you study? How do you like Australia? Do you get to go home to Malaysia and visit your family sometimes, or is it too far and expensive to travel between?

I've been busy too, I actually moved to Germany and lived there during 2011, it was a nice year, but me and my bf returned to Sweden because he wanted to continue with his studies at the university. I'm currently uneployed so it's somewhat borig, but anyway it's fine.

^^

scary,i slept on the couch last night and this morning, the first thing i saw was bloody mary. there is a computer right in front of the couch and my dad put a picture of bloody mary on the screen and turned off the lights before he left for work, and i took a shower at night and then there was a blackout. i thought of bloody mary again and got scared T_T

Ohno...that's so creepy!!! I'm sure I'll get nightmares if it was me...that's why I never dare to watch any horror movies. they creep me out so much (X
