I've actually started cooking and a little baking myself! :) I have no idea what gotten into me! I used to hate cooking above anything else and now it's the most fun I have during a day, haha. Applying for jobs is reeeeaaally boring :P
But without a job my income barely cover rent and food, so I had to give up on lolita (and everything that costs money basically). I sold most of my lolita wardrobe and I'm not able to get back due to the lack of money. I don't do much craft either since i can't spend any money.. It's kinda boring.. :/ I guess that's why cooking became my new interest, there were simply nothing else left to do! And one gotta eat, right? ^^
Oh well :/ Hopefully after tought times there will be good times :)
Yeah, it's pretty challenging. Uni just started and everything's getting harder each year. need to work extra extra hard. OH? I didn't know that, thanks for updating. Ooh, I hope she's enjoying herself there. Moving from States to Germany sooo far. yeah, you need the courage, and also the curiosity to explore and an open mind. or it'll be culture shock. like when i first arrive here last year. Haha. it's pretty funny now that i think bout it.

i don't really fancy baking myself too, cooking for meal's just okay. but now i kinda enjoy the satisfaction in doing it. and i've also been watching too many movies related to french desserts. they're just too beautiful and it just gets me inspired. haha. i should take a course , maybe a 3 month one if there's one and do it the proper way. that'll be really nice.
awww, that's quite a waste. must be really hard to part with everything. :(( i see, yeah, money is still very important. and finding a job is pretty tough nowadays with all the competition and economic crisis. i guess it's the same everywhere in the world. sigh. I wish you all the best and good luck in getting a decent job. and good that you're staying optimistic. Let's go through the tough times, and another better day will come by.
which reminds me of this scene in a drama i watched, where one of the cast said:

I guess we grow by time. Last year I had a lot of hardships. A lot of things happened to me. I broke down so many times. Lucky that I had one or two friends by my side. but there were times when I had to face it alone. it was tough, cried so hard, but that made me stronger i guess. so yes, tough times goes by. Just hang on there. C;
