Omg!! I feel the same way! There were NO japanese inspired things.I was like wahhh!! I saw cute little girls in yukata's,cosplayers,and some lady in a yukata.I went kinda late.I left my cammie...-so sad-But it took up the WHOLE of madasion,with pushy people,food,and wack stuff.So myf riend took me to kinokuniya,it was my very first time! I saw all the mags i've been buying for cheaper there! And the had the lolita bible and clothing,i was amazed,eek! even asian cd's up stairs.Oh and well i learn about gyaru the same way you did,plus i had a friend who was gyaru at the time.More and more im feeling more gyaru and lolita at times.Sure ill try to help you with gyaru but im no good with it myself! ^_^.There are probably a lot of mags we can look at in kinokuniya,and we can learn! But i want like bleach/ blonde/or light brown long hair.Gyaru hair is soooo pretty.You'd make a wonderful gyaru~

Those "lolita" girls were...ehm..kind of gross. _; I saw the same group I did on Lolita day last month at Kinokuniya. They're loud and apparently some of them were kissing each other for perv mens' camera shots? I didn't see it thankfully. My mom told me, and they did it the minute i turned away from them (woohoo phew lol!). you are a real gyaru, silly. ^_~ yeah that fair-thing was ridiculous. ugh. i love kinokuniya. the mags are loveee. theyre cheaper at kinokuniya, really? i'll have to buy them from there then if i do lol. thanks for the heads up. ;) nah, i've tried; i fail at being gyaru.
