Welcome to MyAsianFashion.com (We), a social networking site that allows members to network with other members. Members can create profiles, find friends, create groups, add events, upload photos and/or videos, chat, publish blogs and write on forums. Also, MyAsianFashion provides a collection of online resources, including links to third party sites. The Terms of Agreement establishes legal binding terms of use of MyAsianFashion Services. By using MyAsianFashion you (member and/or visitor) agree to the terms of agreement. In order to be an authorized user (member and/or visitor) you must agree to all of the terms of agreement and all applicable laws. However, if you do not agree with any of this agreement or applicable laws, you should leave the site and terminate the use of MyAsianFashion at once. Please read this agreement before registering to MyAsianFashion.com.

Registration.

You must complete MyAsianFashion Registration process in order to use our services. A valid email is required to register and a username and a password during registration. You must be at least 16 years of age. It is your sole responsibility protecting your account. If you notice any unauthorize use of your account, contact MyAsianFashion immediately. We reserve the right to refuse service to any user or delete accounts.

When posting information to MyAsianFashion, please be cautious about the information you are about to provide -- it may be seen by other members and/or visitors.

You understand that all messages, posting, text, files, content, images, photos or other materials that are posted, linked are the responsibility of the creator/originator. The content you provide will be your sole responsibility. MyAsianFashion does not control and is not responsible for the content posted in the profile page, events, blogs, search, forums, chat, gallery, and other services.

Terms of Service

MyAsianFashion may change, alter, delete, and/or modify the agreement from time to time. As a user, you are to be legally bound to any changes. Please restrict your information on this site. Despite this prohibition, members may contain inaccurate details, sexually explicit material and MyAsianFashion is not responsible for this material. Please if you are aware of any misuse of the site, click on the report user link (located bottom left corner of their profile).

Eligibility. By using MyAsianFashion, you represent all information you submit is true and accurate. You must be 16 years or older, and your use of this site is legal in all applicable laws. We have the right to delete your profile if we believe that you are under 16 years old.

Term. Terms and Conditions will be in full force and effect while you are a member of the site. You may terminate your membership any time.

Password. All members are required to have a password (6 characters or more). Your password is your sole responsibility from maintaining to protecting it.

Non-Commercial Use. There is NO transaction that will take place in MyAsianFashion. However, members who re-sells their personal items and Hand-made designers can ONLY post their advertisement on the Classified section. Also, MyAsianFashion does not allow content such as:

promoting offensive, racism, hatred content against any individual or association.

Abusive behavior towards another person in a vicious or sexual conduct.

Nudity, violence, inappropriate, insulting content.

Linking to Adult and/or misleading websites.

Personal Information Solicitation from anyone. Threatening Solicitation is strictly prohibited.

Publishing and/or posting privacy information of others that can cause security risk.

Promotion of misleading, illegal, activities that is threatening, offensive, or abusive.

unsolicited mass mailing, spamming, Pyramid Schemes.

criminal activities or information about illegal activities. From but not limited to buying/selling illegal drugs, weapons to creating computer viruses, trojans.

Personal or password solicitation for illegal or any misleading purposes.

Providing pirated copies from but not limited to music, copyright works, files or links.

Posting nudity, illegal, sexual video or photo of you or others is strictly prohibited.

Posting copyright images, contents, contracts, trademarks, videos, of another person without their consent.

Advertising any illegal items or services prohibited by applicable law.

MyAsianFashion strictly prohibits illegal activities that includes, but not limited to:

Solicitation, Spamming

Drug trafficking, child pornography, fraud, viruses, illegal files, stalking, theft, copyright and/or patent infringement.

creating, manipulating, using viruses, worms, computer bots to destroy the functionality of MyAsianFashion.

Obscuring ads via css/html.

Harassing anyone

Use of computerized robots, spiders, crawlers and data mining tools.

Identity theft -- impersonating a person, group. Using the account of another member.

Disrupting MyAsianFashion Services or networks.

Purposefully posting in an irrelevant city or category, and/or posting repeatedly with the same content.

Attempting to gain unathorized access to MyAsianFashion system or networks.

Interfering with the performance and/or imparing the site.

No Spam Policy

You understand that unsolicited messages are prohibited by the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C 1030 et seq.).

Copyrights and other Intellectual Properties

You may not publish, upload, email, transfer, post any copyright, trademark, patent of any person or group that you do not have a legal authorization to use.

All rights, title and the service will remain the property of MyAsianFashion.com and its licensors. You may not use any of the logos, icons, and other marks identifying MyAsianFashion without prior permission.

MyAsianFashion has the right to terminate offenders.

Member Disputes.

You are solely responsible with your interactions with other members. We, MyAsianFashion.com, reserves the right, but has no obligation to monitor your interaction between you and other members and become involve in any way between you and other members.

Termination of Service.

You agree that MyAsianFashion, in its sole discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to deactivate or delete your account, blog your email or IP address or terminate your access immediately without notice for any reason, including (not not limited to), if we believe that you have failed to abide by the terms and conditions of MyAsianFashion. You agree that MyAsianFashion is not responsible for the termination of your access. Upon this, do not attempt to use the service.

Disclaimers.

MyAsianFashion is completely independent of links to other websites that are made available through the site.

We, MyAsianFashion.com, are not responsible and makes no warranties for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the website and/or services, whether caused by users, members, advertisers or partners such content does not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of MyAsianFashion.

Profiles and third party application may contain links to other websites, MyAsianFashion is not responsible for such content, accuracy or opinions -- such websites are not necessarily investigated.

MyAsianFashion is not responsible for the third party sites, content, services, and/or services whether it is online and/or offline. When accessing these third party sites, it is at your own risk.

Technical problems of any lines, deletion, defect, delay, theft, destruction, computer systems, Internet congestion, or to any person computer related to downloading in connection to MyAsianFashion -- Under no circumstances shall MyAsianFashion be responsible for any loss or damage, injury, death. We are not responsible for any injury or damage to any computer equipment belonging to any user of the website, any member, or visitors viewing.

MYASIANFASHION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT, PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES USING MYASIANFASHION SERVICES REGARDLESS IF MYASIANFASHION HAS BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH DAMAGES. ALSO, MYASIANFASHION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF ANYONE'S USE OF THE SITE OR ANY THIRD PARTY CONTENT.

Disputes.

This agreement shall be in all respects be governed and construed by the laws of the state of Maryland without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold MyAsianFashion and its subsidiaries, employees, partners, affiliates and agents harmless from any loss, claim, demand, liability including reasonable attorney fees arising out of or relating to your use of MyAsianFashion services in violation of this agreement, and any other breach of this agreement by you or your representations and warranties set forth.

Other.

By you becoming a member, you have accepted this agreement upon use of MyAsianFashion. This agreement and other notices regarding the website set to you or posted on the site contains the entire agreement between you and us. The failure of MyAsianFashion to enforce any right or provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision is invalid or unlawful, the remainder of this agreement shall continue and does not effect the validity of any remaining provisions.

MyAsianFashion Services are "AS-IS." We do not guarantee any results using MyAsianFashion.com.

MyAsianFashion has the right to do investigation and appropriate legal action to anyone who breaks the agreement including without limitation, deleting prohibited content from MyAsianFashion, and ending the membership.

MyAsianFashion may revise this Agreement from time to time. It is your sole responsibility to read the Terms of Agreement for any changes, a continuous use of MyAsianFashion indicates your acceptance of the Terms.
