I payed about 340 HKD for shipping (for a dress and a bag). The price you see on their site is only for the items.

Sure! I can only speak for Qutieland tho, not all the different brand's they are offering. They are more like a shipping service you know? But qutieland is great, always replay emails and very friendly. If you are unsure about the quality of the products i suggest you ask them before placing an order, they know everything and they're honest and glad to help :)

Oh, do you like Moi Dix Mois also?  They're fairly mainstream among lolita lovers, and for a good reason.  :D

erm..actually I'm not very familiar with that group, only saw the name when I'm browsing the jrock websites. I kinda like their monophobia. nice name with nice music. ;)
