So I made my first purchase from Qutieland!

I choose to buy from a chinese brand called White Moon. They would custom my dress for me. I like that cus then I can make the dress some inches longer ;)

I also ordered a lovely candy purse from Dream of Lolita.

Ordering was easy. Just sent a mail to Qutieland. Pay with Paypal. They always reply friendly and quickly. My package stood still in Shanghai for 12 days and Qutieland replyed to my concerned e-mails and promised to keep an eye of my parcel.

When I got my parcel I was a bit disappointed. The dress was not very well made. Loose treads everywhere and very basic sewing skills was used to create this dress. But at least all edges are hemmed and there are no holes in it :P (which means I have seen a lot worse :P)

The bag was not quite as expected either. I expected it to be pink, but the color is more in the beige spectra. Or very oldish dust pink. But except for that it's lovely. (I just have to get used to it, I'm sure I will love it) Colors can never really be trusted on computer screens.


For a summary.
Qutieland is a great dealer, they receive orders, direct packages and reply emails perfectly. I really enjoyed buying from them. They got great prices and a lot of brands to choose from.

I will probably not buy from White Moon again. The clothings are decent, but nothing more. You won't be impressed. If you think Bodyline has a low quality don't try this one. If you however are a lolita beginner I think this could be a great store for you. The dresses are still beautiful, comfortable and cheap. Can also be custom made for your own measurements.

I myself have been lolita for quite a while so I'm constantly looking for better quality. But I'm also not afraid to try new stores and give new brands a try! :)

I actually see now I forgot to mention an important detail with this purchase!

When I ordered the dress I added four cm on my chest measurements to be on the safe side. Qutieland has instruction that you should NOT add space, the manufacturer will do this themselves. Yet you can see how tight it is on me! If i had 4 cm less I wouldn't be able to close the zipper! 

I have bought dresses from Qutilenads other manufacures too and I know out of my own experiences that Dear Celine for instance, do add extra space (so if you do too it will end up a little too big). 

So remember, if you order from White mMoon it could be a good ide to add a few cm extra if you often have problems with too tight chest and such.

I also thought the sleeves were annoyingly tight :(

I forgot! About the bag! I've been quite a while since my purchase so i can give you a little update on the quality! :)

The straps broke very fast after just a few times of use. Which led to i didn't used it so often. The leather cracked close to the purse itself. This can be fixed by a tailor but after own experiences I know it will break just as fast again.



So i would definitely recommend you to buy a style where the straps are free to move better, like this:

Yeah, this is old but I was looking for a White Moon review. I saw a print from them that I liked but wasn't sure because Bodyline has a similar print. If BL's quality is better than I'll go with their print, it's cheaper anyway.
