Cult Kei is a pretty new style so it's rare to find it in magazines. I wanted to share some cult kei scans that I have.

Im curious...what defines cult kei? how do you tell it apart (confused..)

I don't know much about it, so I'm probably wrong but:

It has a fairy kei feel to it, but with all the layers of mori or dolly. Cult party also has a thing with strange acessories 

like bone earings

or a bag with lots of things on it
