=.= In Spain, hunting for anything besides regular old sprinkles.....is madness. You have to find specialized stores, stores that import to get anything else....and at terribly high prices, of course. Gah. It´s my frustration, because I love chocolate chips, but the only place to get them is the American store.....

I did see colored sugar at one bakery once, though. :/

Mom said it's easy to do at home! Just put sugar in a small plastic bag or something like that, use normal baking colours and put one or two drops in there, and then shake till your arms break. Supposedly it spreads throughout the sugar. I'll try it myself to make sure. :3

Just put sugar in a plastic box or something you can put a lid on (I found this to be easier than using a plastic bag) and drip a few drops of baking colour in there before closing it. Then shake shake shake~! Very simple, and works quite well. :D

^_^ Yep, that´s how we make it when we don´t find any. Which is like all the time, unless our American friends bring some when they visit (they brought so much last time.....way too much.....). But it´s not as cool as sprinkles. >.<
