Has anyone used these? Or any variation of such:

I picked some up on sale, I thought they might be fun to dress up with, and I was wondering if they actually worked and if they are easy to remove?

Any help you can give is appreciated.

The box says that you soak it in baby oil and it comes off, I just really need to know if thats true, lol.

Yah... you can see why I'm hesitant to try these....

I've seen this. Lol, baby oil on your lips doesn't sound too bad to me. Not that I want to do it or try these. But it's not bad to remove. I've seen tutorials/reviews of these on youtube. apparently it's not very comfortable as it makes your lips constantly feel dry though.
