Getting rid of toxins!

I recently found out a new method that gets rid of the toxins in my body. See, I've recently quit smoking, and as a result, I feel sluggish and I've put on a few pounds too. :(

So I've combined two products that have made me feel amazing the past week. Firstly, I went to my chemist and got some herbal laxative. My preferred one is Senna. It cleans you out, though if you have a sensitive stomach, I advise only 1 tablet. I have a sensitive stomach, I took 2, and I was up all night with cramps. :/

Then I started to drink 3 cups of green tea a day. There's a Chinese market a couple of streets away, and they sell all sorts of Chinese teas, but green tea is the healthiest, or so I read. I have one cup in the morning, one in the middle of the day, and one before I go to bed.

This all cost me under £5, and it's worked so well! I've found that I don't want cigarettes as much, they're yucky anyway! But I'm full of energy and actually, my skin looks better too.

I just wanted to share this with you all, incase you wanted to try it. :)

Thanks for the tip.  I should start drinking tea more often.  I do like green tea but I haven't found a brand that I would really enjoy.

Also, drinking tons of water helps out alot too.

Yes, I forgot to say that the tablets should be taken every 3 days, or else you'll never leave the bathroom. :P

Green tea isn't exactly tasty, but I drink it anyway, haha. I really feel the health benefits from it. :3

I enjoy it at first but when I get to near the bottom of the cup I'm like "this is taking forever" haha. :P I'm usually rushing in the morning, tea should be savoured. :3

I greatly enjoy my night-time tea though. :D
