So Valentine's Day is coming up! Which means it's almost time to exchange chocolates and candy with friends and people you love! I don't know about many other countries, but in America, people normally just give chocolates and candies they buy in stores. But, taking inspiration from Japan, I think Valentine's Day is a great opportunity to make cute sweets!
Because it's not the normal practice in America to make Valentine's sweets, I didn't know any recipes for cute Japanese inspired chocolates. So I began looking around online, and I found this great Japanese recipe website! It's got all sorts of recipes, but if you search for Valentine's Day sweets, they have a lot of really cute food!
The website is Japanese, so if you don't know Japanese, what you'll need to do is right-click in an empty area (so you don't click on anything in particular) and select the "Translate with Bing" option. Then you'll be able to read everything. To find Valentine's Day sweets, search it in Japanese, " バレンタインデー ". The English translation is a little rough, but it's readable.
