What is Gyaru and Not Gyaru? I find styles in the internet that looks similar to the style. Some people say there is posers or want to be one and constard fake gyarus.
I like to know what things are real gyaru stuff. Do I have to get the top brands. Is getting cheaper clothes, not gyaru? I can find somethings that are similar for $20. I like to know what is gyaru by objects, I know types of gyaru. Is there more to know?

Hence why their heads look extremely displaced.
Not a fan.

"It's all in my head" I said, banging a piano 'I've not been so alone' I thought, 'since kicking in the womb' I drank so much tea, I wrote my letters in kanji Around the block I walked, and walked, pretending you were with me...

I get the feeling they're not just extremely make-up'd, but also very shopped.. I prefer natural beauty. :(

Try looking in magazines for inspiration. My favorites are Jelly and ViVi. They are both targeted toward women in their 20's and what I'd consider more oneegyaru.
While much of the focus is on makeup, finding cute clothes is just as much a part of it as it is any other fashion. When it boils down to it, gyaru is very girly and rather glam (depending on what sub-fashion you break it down to). There are so many different brands out there that cater to every different sort of gal (from oneegyaru to hime). Liz Lisa is on the end of uber-girly florals and lace.
I wouldn't worry about price - if you can get something that looks just as good for a cheaper price, then go for it. Even in gyaru fashion, in my opinion it's not how much you spend but what you got for the money. No one needs to know you didn't break your bank account on whatever cute item you picked up.
If you really want to get an idea of what it's all about fashion wise, google gyaru blogs. There are quite a few out there that are really good reads, if not for the fashion but for the personality of the blogger.

yea, it looks like it's been photoshopped but I think it's because they have a function in purikura machines where they automatcally make their eyes bigger

I'm not against this style, some people look absolutely gorgeous with it, some just look ridiculous. I personally find ulzzang nicer and most people look nice with that. :3

I wear some gyaru brands but don't do the makeup/hair/nails, so I don't consider myself gyaru :) I'd like to try it, maybe, but definitely not an everyday thing. Ulzzang's not a style o_O it just means you're very attractive (literally "best face"). So you can't decide to be ulzzang the way you can decide to be gyaru...

I'm actually not even sure now that you've mentioned it xDD I know in korean it just means best face, i.e. their standard big eyes, pale face, high nose bridge etc. Isn't ulzzang also used as a way to describe a make-up style where you try to make your features stand out while still maintaining a natural look?? no crazy eyeshadow colours and stuff.
