Depends on if you wanted to do handmade or not.

I've seen hair bows and other accessories,

But I've also seen quite a few giveways lately with cute notepads/pencils/pencilcase/etc

Most of the blog giveaways I run across are all giveaways of beauty products, since most of the blogs I follow are beauty blogs. It seems that lashes are one of the bigger goodies in these prizes.

Lashes are a good & popular one. i also agree that it depends if you want to hand-make for the giveaway prizeys. x3 i think stationary is a safe little extra that will go over well with the prize (or as the prize itself if it's a very small contest) ^_^..

Honestly, at this point, the blog is not fleshed out enough to decide what it's about. uvu

I think some cute japanese diy things would be cool :D or a magazine !!! if you have a collection of cute memopads and things like that you could take out a few different ones and add it in as extras :3
