She's adorable! A lot of girls think they aren't cute or attractive, and it's sad. (I'm an offender of this) But you know, if dressing like a boy is what makes her feel attractive and comfortable, then that's what she needs. I know that she would look adorable no matter what she tries, but she needs to feel like she wants to, that's what really being cute is.

Omigosh, she is absolutely ADORABLE. Her body has a beautiful shape! (Not to sound creepy or anything! XD)

She is super pretty. And cute too. She should wear what makes her comfortable. But yes, she should feel comfortable in girly clothes too if it's about self-esteem and not just preference. ^^;

This forum makes me think about myself. I, myself, wear a lot of 'man' clothing because I dont find myself comefortable wearing clothes like the ones in the pictures. I actually kinda sorta find this thread a little...annoying...I mean, the way I see it is just let the girlie wear what she wants and what she feels comfortable in...Let her find out who she is and wants to be.

This would get a "like" and a comment of agreement + approval if on Facebook. Ahahaha. But seriously, I agree with your latter statement. Definitely. (Though this may be a good boost for her self-esteem if that's the main issue here.)
