Okay, so I'll cosplay soon enough and I need the whole costume with the props.

Well, I am cosplaying "Shio" in Gods Eater Burst game.

Yes, she has a big sword and only a flag of a Colony as clothing. She's too pale for my skin, so I'll use body stocking and body paint to cover up. I have asked shops that can create my costume. I asked one last Christmas but until now, no reply so I found another one. It's Sochi's Haven. They have replied and it'll cost me about Php 3800... 1600 for wig, 1k for body stocking and 1200 for the costume. I discussed it with my mother and she replied that the wig is too expensive. wait oh yeah... to be clear... Php 1600 will cost about $40(US) or 3200 Japanese Yen, 1000 will about cost $25 or 2000 yen and 1200 will cost about $30 or 2400 yen... And I am just 14 years old with Php 150 ($3.8) per week allowance.

I have saved about Php 2k ($50) from Christmas and other savings but I'm afraid that it will not cover enough the whole expense including the prop (Giant sword) and contact lens. So, I still need to save and find cheaper but trusted in quality costume. The dress and body stocking is already set and I'll just need to settle it with my Mother and S.Haven, for payment and shipment. The wig, I just asked MyLittlePrince Shop for how much would it cost for a Shio's wig. If it's too expensive, my mother and I will just find a good one in Divisoria (a market place filled with thrift shops, stands, cloth, DIY stuff and many more) or in Malls. I'll be the one that will just make the sword then.. by the way it would help me enhance my creativity and DIY & Artistic skills and capabilities. All I need left is; Wig, Contact lens and white false eyelashes.

So I ask you, do you know any safe and trusted shops (online or in the Philippines) where I can buy cheaper but great in quality, falsies, wig and contacts?

I have found some stores for contact lenses. The other one is at the sidebar of MAf (Mukuchu) and the other one is http://www.geocolouredlenses.com. The problem is that I couldn't find a yellow one and I don't understand and couldn't afford the term of payment in Mukuchu. I have found one in Geo Coloured Lenses but I think it's too expensive and I really don't know how it works online. So please help me...
