So I'm trying to cut down on my sugar eating and I'd like some tips on more heathy snacks than candy which I'm kinda used too...

Any ideas?

Hummus and pita bread!

it's a lot cheaper (and yummier) if you make it yourself instead of buying it at a store

I'm a huge fan of fruits and nuts for my healthy snacks. Sometimes I get protein bars, too, since they will give you the sweet you crave and good protein to curb your cravings.

hmmm.....

-Fruit is definatly a good one (I've been making the hubby and I fruit and yogurt smoothies yummy!).

-I've been really big on Greek yogurt lately, plain its nice on crackers/pita chips but, I also really like it with fruit or honey.

-Cheese and crackers, just be mindful of the type of cheese you get some are really good for you some really aren't.

I love cheese and crackers!

Laughing cow cheese is really good for you (it's only 35 calories per wedge)

Fat free vanilla yogurt is great with fruit slices.

Celery and peanut butter is a great combo.

Hummus with whole grain crackers is very yummy.

I also like rice cakes. ^_^
