hmm. thanks for the compliment! i also checked your gallery. your lolita clothes are great! i always dream to have a complete set of every lolita dress.. ehehehe.i just watched some tutorials in youtube and bought some accessories and materials. i studied and voila! i have my mini top hats. it was quite difficult in the beginning.
lace, different types of fabric, ribbons, accessories are my materials. and also it depends on you if you would use a strong glue or glue gun, felt cloth or card board, or use a reference photo for inspiration.
