Hi everyone!

I am not sure what to write in these things but I will do my best!

My name is Tamika. Also known as  Mika, Mikachu, Mimi or by most of my students Tamikan or Mikan sensei (If you don't know mikan means orange and I happen to eat a WHOLE lot of them!! ).

I am big into the lolita fashion scene as well as the cosplay area. I have been cosplaying since I was around 10 years old and have been into lolita since I was 13 or 14. I hope to meet many nice people here who share my same love for AP, Baby, Alice and the Pirates as well as my huge hobby of cosplay.

It is very nice to meet you all!!!

よろしくおねがいします!!!

I am close to Sendai but I live in a small place called Shiroishi which is a castle town err...I mean city since we have a Shinkansen stop, JR train and a bus...2 even....LOL

I got lucky since MANY of my students like the fashion BUT its hard when you have to avoid them because of being a bit embarressed about them knowing your secret hobby...

My boy students adore it. The girl students want to go shopping with me. Either way its hard to keep my hobby OUT of the classroom since I like to sew.

Either way its fun even if working at gender specific schools get rough and rather hard to keep a secret like this since my students at my boys school classify themselves as an "otaku" school >.<

I have a friend who's a teacher in Sendai :) she says it's very fun! I'd love to have your job! and aww I think it's sad that you have to avoid your students! I wouldn't, but would you get fired for taking the girls shopping? it shouldn't be secret that you wear loli, I'm sure people would accept you regardless!

and lol you work at an "otaku" school >.< those kids must be wicked fun to teach :D
Great teacher onizuka style!
The brand doesn't matter, It's how you wear it!

Would her name happen to be Amy and she work at a high school, perhaps Izumicho?

If so I know her and we shop together sometimes!

I think I may get in trouble if they told the other teachers I went shopping with them LOL

I just sometimes get tired of the photos my students try to take of me when I am in cosplay and lolita.

Last time I say my girls at a Comiket I was more shocked when they chased me down and interrogated me about what my hobbies were. Sometimes its hard for them to take me seriously when I run into them at Angelic Pretty. Lets just say it turns into BIG news in my classroom!!!

My boys are worse...some won't look me in the eye because they say me cosplaying Ranka Lee. One will not even make eye contact in class then again I think I am the first teacher to perform with the "Manga Club" for Culture Day dressed as Konata.....

I love my job but when you have these kinds of hobbies it is best to keep them secret especially from the male students or the girls who you know shop there!!!!

Fun at the boys school depends on what you conisder fun! My boys are nuts. They are also teenagers at an ALL boy school so my students are the "otaku" you see in anime. I have taken games away, manga, doujin....and yes cell phones with hentai on them during class but I usually give it back and tell them that what they are reading is so-so and so and something else is better. LOL

I love to see them  freak out when their hentai does not freak me out. I only chuckle and call them a "lolicon" and funny enough one or two say they are though I really hope they are JOKING!
