This may be a little of a fashion faux pas, but who cares? You can try out Goodwill. Goodwill has some pretty cool clothing sometimes, and you can alter it to your heart's desire to make it as lolita-esque as you want.

I found the most adorable little accesory jacket at Good will, I bought it for $2, it would have normally sold off the rack at a store for maybe 15-20 :O I second Lovepill0

I do not care its just that there are no stores in my country. I just want to see what it's like to be in one.
