I really enjoy looking through these and I know I can purchase some from book stores, but I'm wondering if there's a way I could get subscriptions for the mook here, in America? Does anyone know? If you do could I have a link (if there is one)? Maybe possible pricing of the subscription?

GLBs are all in Japanese. I own some, but just to look at the pics :B

There were 4 English GLBs released a long time ago, by Tokyopop, but they are out of print and you'll have to search ebay or watch the egl comm sales on LJ to find them. I have two English GLBs and I don't really like them because they are kind of just an accumulation of several issues of the Japanese GLBs along with a lot of "original" content written just for the Tokyopop edition. In fact there is more of this original content than stuff pulled from the Japanese versions, so I feel like something is lost between the Japanese GLB and the English one. But it is interesting to read something Lolita related in English. Also, the English GLBs do include patterns as well, however, you'll need to confirm with the seller that they haven't been taken out.

I have purchased from them before and they are great. (I bought the Aoki Misako photobook from them!) I think if you spend like $39 or something they give you free shipping as well. 

Oh I own two of the english ones as well. I think one of the English ones was a wedding type edition and the fourth one I'm craving so badly but I don't remember which one that is! I remember looking it it before though. Thank you for letting me know. I'll wait until I'm more fluent then before I decide to spend my money on subscriptions.

There were 5 English bibles (I have all of them and the best in my opinion, is the flower issue) but because Tokyopop closed in America, these are bound to go up in price. I only have one of the Japanese bibles, which is an Angels Vs Demons one. It had cute stickers in it and lots of tutorials/patterns. It wouldn't be too hard to get the patterns translated online.
