I think they are for the flat measure of the clothes themselves in the size chart. That's more accurate, as everyone may have a different comfort zone for how the clothes' size and body size working. I am buying a jacket use this now.
Hmm, well maybe purchase something cheaper from them first?
Use it as a point of comparison, worked for me before !
