that happen to me as well when I broke up my relationship with my ex boyfriend and i have been really trying my best to aviod him as best as I can and it was really hard to keep my mind busy when i had him in my mind. but when i talk it out with my friends, they told me to leave that loser and do something to keep my mind busy. so, within 3 months, i havent been on msn, facebook, or on my email since i was busy with my schoolwork. then when my ex message me up on msn, i completely ignore him and just continue what i am doing. so pretty much i had avoid him with everything and even though he still comes back to talk to me, i just dont do anything 

Make yourself busy, do things or join in a club or engage yourself in a sports/actiivities to make your mind preoccupied. Meet other people or go on a date for you to divert your attention to that someone.

I got dumped by my boyfriend of 3 years a few week ago and it's really hard the way it happened was just awful as well because he dumped me for a girl (who looks like s hooker) online but he just told me that there wasn't someone else and just fell out of love with me, that was until I found messages on facebook. Anyway, he basically dumped me over facebook, when I was on holiday, just to add insult to injury and this has seriously upset me how he could just treat me that badly after such a long time together, in fact a few weeks before that happened he said he wanted to marry me, funny how he suddenly changed his mind after seeing someone with a huge rack, who is apparantly 'better looking' than me. How am I suppose to feel now... my confidence has never been great but this has just made me even worse! Also I keep having nightmares about being with him and it's difficult as I'm trying hard to forget about him. Sorry for the long spill your heart out post.

Oooohh, that is just dreadful! Makes me mad too. A guy like that isn't worth your time. I mean if he was with you for 3 years then just flies off for someone online who is skanky, then obviously he wasn't with you for love. It'll be hard to forget him but you just gotta pick yourself up and realize you're better! He will miss out but he isn't worth your time, even if he comes back crying for you. You deserve a prince, who loves you for you and not you for your body. 

It's likely the other person has already forgotten about you, so whats the point of lingering?
The past is the only thing you'll ever keep, but the present is the only thing you'll ever have. Either linger on memories of bad people or take the steps to move towards a better future. Otherwise at the end of it all you'll have a really crappy past to look back on. Especially if you let someone else hurt you.

Meet someone else...be active, go out there and don't wallow in sadness all day =)

I already know someone else who I like and he likes me too but he lives in Japan

I know its pretty hard because you still like her. But for now, why not make yourself busy? So your mind will preocuppied and you'll get your mind off of her.

I wish to forget my ex to. he hurt me a lot. I did cry a lot. same like her.. she cries terribly.
