I have this skirt I bought from forever 21. I think it would make a good decora skirt. I'm just not sure what kind of top I should buy to go with it. Here's a pic of the skirt.
Since it's pastel pink as you can see I was thinking the theme for the outfit should be pastel pink and purple. I'm just not sure what kind of pastel purple top would go good with it to make a decora outfit.
I think any pink or purple "dollman" stlye top will do, I found this one on forever21.com. It's basic, but you can dress it up with all sorts of fun little accessories and whatnot.
For Decora...hmmm. I'd say find a pastel purple t-shirt with a cute and girly design on it. You could pair that with a sweater or hoodie and really run wild from there!
A cutesy graphic like Hello Kitty would be cute! If you're looking around the house, however, I would layer brightly-coloured camisoles with a cute hoodie.
I think u should add a white tanktop and underneath it, you should wear thigh high white stockings. Add a totally enormous and cute bow on your head and maybe curl your hair? You'd look super adorable!

I think a blouse would go better with that skirt a normal shirt would be too little while the blouse is beatiful yet won't overshadow the skirt. try this site.
