Here's a list about tips how to treat your hair to get it healthy and beautyful:

Never use hot items on your hair, neither drier nor iron

Never use sharp things with your hair, like cheap brushes or combs or elastics or hairclips

make updos to keep your hair aways from your back, but don't take sharp hair clips for the updos

begin to braid your hair for every night so it don't have too much contact with your pillow (or use silk pillows)

don't wash your hair everyday, it don't need that much attentionuse silicon free, sensitive shampoo, maybe soap, or only water or only conditioner

if you have dry hair, put oil in it, olive oil will work well

I think this is enough for the beginning :)

My routine include this:

I use to detangle my hair in the morning, with my fingers or a wooden comb and a tangle teezer (http://tangleteezer.com/) Then I make a simple updo with a flexi8 (http://www.flexi8.com/) or any hairforks, pins or just put them into a ponytail. For sleeping I have a silk wrap, where I put my hair into, it's much easier than braiding every evening. I wash my hair once a week with my selfmade soap or silicon and tensid free shampoo, I mix the shampoo with much wate, then I put conditioner in my hair and wait for.. about 10 minutes wash out and rinse with a mix of water and vinegar (makes your hair shinyshinyshine)

I do this for about one year the first results where seen after about 2 month (it became worse first...) heres a picture 1 month ago:

I like it, I know it's not the longest and not the most beautyful colour but it feels so nice, I want it to reach my knees :D:D I cut it off to the scalp 2.5 year ago, here:

Thank you :) It took a little effort, but yours can become the same.

Yes it's a night wrap out of silk, I got one of the last prettywraps, this one:

I like this extra sheet, so the cap can't leave your hat while sleeping ^^ but any silk cap would work as well. They are available at ebay from Hongkong or China for around 5 Euro. But you can sew it out of a silk scarf as well, it's really simple, I was just too lazy ^^'

I love them so much! I use mine nearly every day. I think I have 5 or 6 different in Small, Medium and Large. The Small works fine for a Ponytail and the large one is nearly to small for a bun. My Ponytail measures 7.5 cm around, maybe this is helpful for you :)

This is my collection, I asked the shopowner to mix some styles :)

the lady who cut my hair said that you can do practically anything to your hair as long as you replace the keratin in it....she's done some crazy stuff with hers and it's still so pretty....the stuff to restore keratin is expensive but she says it's worth it

Uhm this going to be diffcult to explain in english for me.. so hair is death and nothing ever could rapair anything you did to your hair. If a single hair broke you need to cut this part. Everything you could do is treating the hair which grows new better than the old. Bot once you damaged your hair you can't fix it. I know hair looks better with silicones or keratine. But all those things do is building a coat around the single hair so it look healthy but it isn't. The problem is that this coat also will be build over the scalp and many people have problems with this. This will also become problematic when you stop using those products, the coats will slowly get washed away and all the damages are worse than before.

I hope you understood me I'd like to tell you more details but my english is so limited excuse me.
