things Ive recently made.....
not finished plating... this was for a VIP at my work~~ the final plating had ice cream balls and coconut foam on the pavlova and a chocolate writing (Happy Birthday)
not really baked but ~ this is an experimental dessert for a project (Japanese Mediterranean fusion).. Its a Genmaicha Panna Cotta (using seaweed gelatin) with Blood Orange syrup and my self made rice crispies
