I saw a tutorial video on youtube where Asian women use eyelid glue or tape to make a "double eyelid" and make their eyes look more Western. So I was wondering is there some product they make for Western women to do the exact opposite? IS there some product that will magically give western women a single eyelid so they look Asian?

I have never heard of such product. I suppose it's easier to create a wrinkle in the eyelid than remove it :S I would belive that could only be arranged by cosmetic surgery.

I agree with Zeruda.....I think that the only way you´d be able to do that is through cosmetic surgery....though maybe with skillful makeup you can make it look like you have more of a single lid? I don´t think it´d be very convincing, though. :/

No, I doubt it would be convincing... oh well. :) I guess I'll just have to be happy looking western. haha. it's very interesting though, here's a video of how they do it.

@Miyuki I agree, maybe some day ^_^ I guess it's a cultural thing, maybe there aren't enough western women that want to look Asian to inspire a company to make a product that does it.

Maybe it's just me, but... I think it's sad that there are so many people who want to look different than they are... Not that it's any of my business, though...

I think it's very natural to want what we don't have. The grass is always greener on the other side :) But of course it would be great if we took the time to appreciate how we are and what we have sometimes too and try to not be jealous of others.
