i'm thinking about ordering some blouses from anna house. anything bad about them??

No, they're very good and reliable!!
They made one mistake with a dress I ordered once, they acidentally made it shorter than i asked them too, but they act quickly when i told them and I got a new dress fast, so they're very responsible :) And the quality is just wonderful :) My AH shirts are my most beloved items in my wardrobe I think! XD

A store I would avoid completely:

CLOBBA, CLOBBAONLINE

This shop is a f*cking joke! I'm so angry I shiver!!!! They are freaking incompetent and they do not take any responsibility for their mistakes!!!!

Everyone can make mistakes, but that way the treat their customers is completely unacceptable!!

NEVER BUY FROM HERE unless you wanna be screwed over!

They will steal you money, make you wait 3 months for product and you don't even get what you ordered!!! And they refuse to give you a refund even if they admit they sent you the wrong size! They even had me payed extra for custom order, and had me wait extra long because custom order takes longer, and WTF did I get!?! 8CM TOO SHORT!!

NEVER AGAIN!

they buy clothes from other companys then jack up the price so they can make a profit from it. they do sen you the origional clothes though

for example buy something from bodyline its 30

they sell for 50 and and about 30 shipping

but thell send you the origional bodyline goods in the bag and everything

but i suggest going stright to the brand itself unless they dont have a wbsite or its not in english and you cant read japanese

As our predessasors said, Miracle is Dead.

just like neko carnival wrote, the prices are much higher. However, the service is much better! Mr Hiroshi is very nice and he speaks english. Bodyline for instance doesn't have english speaking staff, which can be a problem sometimes. Bodyline will never refund you if you bought something you're displeased with, however Mr Hiroshi does! He refunded me for a skirt that got ruined by rain where the cherry print got all smeared out! So even tho they're more expensive, they still have some advantages nd safteylines if somethng goes wrong.

(my experiances are three years old tho, so things might have changed since)

has anyone bought from this ebay seller?

HammerHiroko

I bought this jacket about 6 months ago : http://cgi.ebay.com/Visual-Kei-Punk-Lolita-Cosplay-NANA-Shirt-coat-jacket-/300542871605?pt= US_CSA_WC_Shirts_Tops&var=&hash=item8bb38b4cc8#ht_2391wt_1139

I bid on it and paid £25 for it including shipping.

It was just like the picture, only much better quality than I was expecting

To buy the jacket direct from the Punk Rave website costs £60 plus shipping!! http://www.punkrave.ch/4-vest-punk-rock-modulable.html but it's only £39 with free shipping from HammerHiroko.

I would definitely recommend and buy from again as they use pictures of the actual products and for cheaper than normal.

Sucks to hear about your problems with the ebay sellers and F+F.

My one friend has been ordering from them for a long time (because she is a lager size lolita) and she's never complained about their products. Though I agree about the quality, I've seen the dress and I'm a bit of a perfectionist so I can pick out all the little things

for ebay and etsy and sites like that, livejournal exchanges etc, please make sure to read feedback first and establish a contact of some kind with the seller because im having a bad ordeal with an a tiny thing i bought on etsy from a bad seller.

Unfortunately the feeback system on ebay is very very weak :( People give positive feedback because they believe they have to. Or they don't give feedback at all cus they're afraid of the consequenses.

When trying to leave neutral or negative feedback Ebay is trying to convince you not to before the proccess is complete. You will get questions like "did you contact the seller to try to solve the problem?" However i believe that's not neccessary.

I bought a wig i wasn't very satisfyed with. but the item arrived fast and it wasn't messy or broken or anything. I just didn't like it. it was not as soft and smooth as my other one and it was very hard to style. I totally have seen better wigs for the same price and therefore i wouldt buy from that store again. However contact the seller wont solve anything. Because all the wigs got the same quality. And i belive the seller likes the wigs she selling. The seller didn't do anything wrong, but i still should be able to give neutral. "i bought this, it was ok, but i probably wouldn't buy here again"

I also know sellers can block buyers from ever buying from their store again if the piss the seller off by giving them negative feedback so i understand people for not dareing. Most sellers got 98% positive but that doesn't mena they're relyable.. :(

I am an ebay seller and yes it's true, not many people bother to leave feedback at all, I have sold well over 100 items on ebay and have only recieved 26 feedbacks.
