I think you look cool! I don't know much about VK, so I can't tell you if it looks bad  or not... 

I do have one piece of advice tho, I think that the stockings under the baggy pants looks kind of awkward, I would wear the outfit without the stockings.

 You did a really good job on your first v-kie style. 

You could also shorten the pants alittle., maybe. ANd try to do something to your hair. Like you could try and spike it out or something. Maybe you could try and pull the top layer of hair into a bun and gel some parts of hair(the hair that stikes out of the bun + some) out and spike them up. I think that would look really good on you.

I think, for a first try, this is really great.

I agree with the comment about the pants though, maybe if they were shorter. 

As for hair, I love the color you got in there. Very cool. I think it would look epic if you teased it up and spiked it out maybe. ^_^

Can't see your face too well but your eye makeup looks pretty on target there :) 

If you have some tall boots, you could tuck those pants in them instead of what shoes you've got on- the pants are at a slightly awkward length but with boots no one would even be able to tell. 

And your hair color is spot on as well but like everyone else said, you could work it a little more. 

I think the entire outfit is perfect :D

I'm  not a fan of the whole J-punk look and don't associate it with visual kei, so I'm not even gonna go there with your outfit... however, I think your makeup is good aside from just having too much black in the inner corner.
