Well, I usually go to the local dollar store or claires. Kids clothing stores also tend to have lots of cute clips but they are pretty small sometimes.

I would suggest etsy. buy the clips/pins and any cake charms/cabochons you like and glue them together yourself :) saves you a lot of money and you can customize them all you want :) my favorite etsy store for this kind of supply is: http://www.etsy.com/shop/misssapporo?ref=pr_shop_more
