Aside from nail arts, you can also try nail stickers just what I did. It is very easy to apply. I've got my nail sticker collection at http://www.nailderoyale.com, they have many designs you can chose.
I´ve tried them, they´re fun. It´s easier to do than drawing, for sure, though of course, less creative in a way. Unless you have access to oodles of them.
