Now that it's coming up to Christmas, I find it pointless to start any workout now, so after I indulge myself with Christmas treats I will start afterwards to work out! The plan is to lose at least 1 stone by April-May and lose another by September (That is when I'll be going to Uni).
All I'm going to do is eating healthily, walking to college and back and Taebo! Lots and lots of Taebo! If you guys haven't heard of it, I definitely suggest you buy some of Billy Blanks' DVDs. They're amazing! XD You just have to stick to it. T^T
