I'm thinking about making my dad something. BUT I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT! What have you guys made your dad's? I would have to mail it, since I'm in college and live far away for my folks. 

But any idea's would be helpful.

I have the same problem! For fathers day he got an text message :P Now his birthday is coming up and I've been into every store without a slightest idea comes to mind! Lucky for me a coworker to my bf brought me some seeds I know my dad want badly to plant in his garden! PHEW, this year's b-day is saved! :D And it was easy to ship too!

Otherwise I tried to find a cool mug or a keychain. Mugs are heavy to ship tho :/ No sucess in finding those anyway, but that was the plan until I got the seeds. Normally buy movies. I always does :) I got him a movie this year too just to be sure ;)

Last year my Dad only got a card because he wanted a expensive tv series, so he got it as a birthday gift/ belated father's day gift. But normaly he gets something he needs,can use, or the latest CD he wants...and the occasional dragon statue.
