I ordered through TaoBaospree. I would say communication was good; although I find you do have to ask for tracking numbers, but they do respond quickly. Via TBS I purchased this Dream of Lolita bag:
It also comes with a longer strap so you can wear it across your body.
I wasn't much of a bag person before I got into Lolita but I love all the different shapes e.g. treasure chests, books, cakes...
I'm pretty happy with this and I especially like the hearts on the zips:
There was one minor defect but luckily it isn't to noticeable and it's on the back of the bag. Also IW actually say themselves about one of their bags:

I would give TBS and DOL both scores of 7/10 I would use both of them again but there are things that they could improve.
