What is Rakuten?

Rakuten is an online shopping mall.  They pretty much carry lots of Japanese brands from different merchants or sellers.  It can be an equivalent to Amazon (US) or eBay.

In the past few years, they opened their International sites catering to English speakers via: Rakuten English (*link)

TIP: Its better to shop first! and place on cart rather
than logging in first.  Because logging in rakuten is in Japanese.
After you have placed items you can then, continue by Proceed to Quick
Check out > which is in English.

TIP: You do not need to be a member to shop at Rakuten, however, it does have its perks because of they give you shopping points which you can use in the future (visit site for more details).

I'm planning on buying a wig via Rakuten, and it (this lovely one http://global.rakuten.com/en/store/linea-storia/item/90110030/ ) has free shipping if you write a review. Do anyone by any chance know how to go about that? Do I write the review first, or later, and how on earth does one write one?

Eternally thankful if anyone might know anything, as I'm scratching my head so hard at this I really need that wig now
