hello everyone~!! this is meh first hand made top hat X3...  and my next project is a skirt to go with this :D~!! wish me luck X3

i used the following materials X3

Gift Wrapper

Stick Glue

Sticky Tape

Glittery Ribbon

Synthetic Flowers

and that's it~!!X3

but it looks dirty inside~!!... but who's gonna look? OuO

haha, don't worry about the insides or bottom, mine always look terrible too 

I've never thought about using gift wrap before! I'm always trying to find a nicely patterned fabric but gift wrap sounds great! I'll have to try out this method sometime 

Can't wait to see a full outfit put together!
