I am a humanist. It's not about what is between your legs but what is in your heart. Equality for all.

Ehhh I don't think I am to be quite honest. I mean, if a guy trys to be all "guys are superior" I will stand up and tell him he's wrong. But I'd be quite happy being.. you know.. a wife and doing "womanly" things, like not working and looking after (eugh) kids, when I'm older. I don't want to burn my bras and fight against anything?
I think femenism is pretty irrelevant in the UK, we're pretty equal here now, but I can understand why it may still be going on in other countries like the middle east where women are married off young and have to obey husbands etc. If I were in the middle east, or somewhere similar, I'd probably be more actively femenist I suppose.

I'm definitely a feminist. You might not think it, if you got a look at me. I'm pretty feminine. I enjoy baking and doing things around the household. I may never take on a job as an engineer, or a truck driver, or join the military.

But I still believe that men and women should be treated equally, both financially and socially, and it simply isn't that way yet. There are so many jobs that a lot of women don't think they could get, simply because they've always been stereotypically male jobs, so they don't bother to apply. Even that's part of sexism...it's not that a woman can't get hired to do a certain job, she simply doesn't think it's available to her and that's a flaw in our social structure.

As for women who want to be stay-at-home moms and housewives...that doesn't mean you aren't feminist. You're making the choice to be what you are, so recognize it for what it is. A choice, this isn't automatically expected of you anymore and you're not forced into it. Isn't that amazing? You can still be a feminist while baking and cooking for your family, or doing your husband's laundry. You don't HAVE to do these things, you do them because you want to. And that's powerful.

I do not consider myself feminist....

There was a poster at our University where you could write on it what you think feminist is,
my sister wrote "Since feminist is abut equality and not groupink, then why is the paper pink?"
Since the poster should have been in a neutral color.

I am not a ani-feminist, but there are just so many extremist that tend to ruin everything and cast a shadow on something that is supposed to be good.

I am definitely a feminist, no doubt about it. I like to call myself humanist, but what I stand for is exactly what a feminist stands for. I believe that all people should have the right to decide for themselves what they want to do with their lives, and they shouldn't be pulled down because of their sex, sexual prefferences, race, religion, etc.
If a woman wants to stay at home and take care of babies, fine, if that's what she really wants. If it's a guy who wants to do it, fine, I don't give a rats ass. As long as it's out of free will, I'm fine with it.

"It's all in my head" I said, banging a piano
'I've not been so alone' I thought, 'since kicking in the womb'
I drank so much tea, I wrote my letters in kanji
Around the block I walked, and walked,
pretending you were with me...

I am most definately a feminist. I like to dress girly and stuff, but being femine doesn't make me anti-feminist! That's all I have to say on the matter.

I'm not really a feminist. I feel rather indifferent to the movement, to be honest.

Despite my outward appearance, I really dislike having to align myself with a gender mentally speaking, so I try to distance myself from matters such as feminism.

I grant wishes

I think people should just be human. I'm all for being a woman and all of course, I mean I love being a girl.

I have a weird way of thinking but... I think in some way chivalry is dead because woman are so..."out there". ( I always encounter girls on video games moaning into the mic while being in a huge party of guys yet they can't play well themselves.) And I had this situation where this girl I knew who always posted half nude pictures of herself on FB and would complain how guyz would always treat her bad.. And I would think, "Look at how you're potraying yourself, you call urself slut, skank, bitch, hoe, and yet you complain when some guy calls you it." I dunno.

I'm all for being a girl and all but some girls need to just stop. Woman in the past have fought soo hard to get treated right and yet woman demean themselves to get attention or whatever it is they want.

I just believe, be human. Don't forget that everyone else has a mind, has feelings, and has a heart.

Yes i would say i'm a feminist to some extent and i think most girls/ women are or should be at least a little. Yes women are humans and should be treated as equals just like everyone else and that doesn't just include women but everyone should be treated equally.

And i also agree alot with what MilkyMilkybunny says... if you want respect as a woman it helps if you respect yourself as a woman. If you don't respect yourself you can't exactly expect others to respect you as well.
