Shops like 100 yen shops or Dollar Stores (or 1 Euro Stores?) often have cute, (cheap!), plastic accessories aimed at children. Some are really cute, but others are merely cheap, so you have to look around :)

I second these!!!  They are amazing stores.

I find a lot of my decora accessories in the children's hair department (some places put it along the regular hair department and others separate them) in the grocery store, Wal-Mart, Target, The Dollar Store, etc. . They are not only in your neighborhood but cheap and so cute~!
