Okay, so are there any ground rules with advertising around here? It seems that sometimes, people walk into a thread, advertise, leave a link, and leave (when it is not appropriate to, I'm not referring to the threads where you share your blogs, etc). I remember walking into a thread once only to find that someone posted a "prom dress" advertisement and link. (Haha, it's actually still there)
So I was wondering if we could have a
"Plug Section" or "Advertising forum" or "Site Display" section where people can easily advertise their new sites, blogs, shops, tumblrs, and all that fun stuff (I know there is a blog section, but it doesn't cover shops and other sites). However, have a 10 post minimum to keep people from registering for the sole purpose of advertising.
I understand it's not a prominent issue, but it still gets annoying when it happens. (＝∇＝;|||)
