I need some advice...im getting a wig for a cosplay however i dont want to only wear it once....
could you give some ideas for lolita outfits that would go with long dark blue pigtails???

As long as the outfit has at least a minimal touch of blue, it should be alright. me being me, I´d say go for a Sailor lolita look! XD Navy blue, white and red, yay!

If it's dark blue I think it would look nice with kuro lolita : )
