Um... hi. ^^ I just joined this website today. It doesn't seem to be very busy, but I thought I would post for my meetup anyway, just in case anyone would be interested. This is my first time planning a meetup, so any suggestions would be apreciated.
Date: Saturday, July 25, 2009
Time: 11am - whenever! (park closes at 11 pm though)
Place: Hershey Park and Chocolate World. Hershey, Pennsylvania
Where to meet: Either right outside of Chocolate World or if it is too hot outside we will be inside Chocolate World. Just look for the Lolitas! I might be holding a sign too like they do when someone picks you up at the airport. (lol)
Who is invited: Any Lolita who wants to come! You don't even have to live in PA if you don't mind the drive.
Prices: One day admission is $51.95. Tickets can be purchased online or at the park. You will also have to pay a few dollars to park, so be ready for that. You should also bring money for food, souveneirs, etc.
What to wear: Since it will most likely be hot you will want to wear short sleeves. It might be best to wear casual Lolita or atleast something light and breathable. You might not want to wear your best Lolita outfit because there is a chance of getting it dirty. You should also wear your most comfortable shoes because we will be walking alot.
What else to bring: You will definitely want to bring parasols and fans if you have them. You should also bring sunblock.
Other things to remember: We will not be riding any water rides because or hair, makeup, etc. If you are worried about losing your headdress or anything else on a roller coaster, don't worry because I do not ride roller coasters and I can hold on to everything for you.
