My best friend is a guy. We're constantly hugging each other and he always tells me how cute I am. I think I've fallen for him.

 

The thing is: I don't think he likes me the same way. He's a pretty affectionate person to everyone. I'm not sure what to do.

 

I'm pretty sure he knows about my feelings, but I don't know if it'll go past friendship.

Tread very lightly. When it comes to best friends falling in love with each other, there's a chance that things may not turn out right and things may end up screwing over the friendship. I would say check the strength of your friendship before you leap and make your first move. And you know? Sometimes the best things to do is to just let things keep going the way they are. If you feel comfortable and if you would like some resolve, then I suppose you can let him in on how you feel, but let him know that, ultimately, you want to stay as his friend. (･w･) I'm probably not the best with advice, but this is all I can give, haha.
