I think it's the same thing? Just two different names. I'm too lazy to look it up. xD
Why it was on my face is a stupid story, really. :( See, since my skin's so sensitive, I tend to get ... closest definition I could find was chapped skin. Like, the skin dries and tears and you get a small wound. I'd gotten one close to my nostril, and mom gets this cream from the drug store for her psoriasis, and she'd given me a new pack of it. I wanted it to go away quickly and hydrocortisone heal wounds very quickly. :( Sillily enough it just got worse, and I got a spot or two in the same area and didn't know it was the dermatitis. So I kept using the cream, and... yeah. It wasn't smart! I learn from my mistakes though.

I hope that you get better soon.
This just really cements my conviction to wash my face with only water in the morning, and only clean it with soap, pore-closer and mosturizer once a day, at night. And avoiding using makeup except when necessary..... My skin is pale and sensitive. *siiiiiiiiigh* Two out of three. And it´s so annoying that so many "normal" things can cause this condition to occur...

Actually, it's been gone for a good while now, I necroposted in a since long dead thread. xD But thanks all the same! :D <3 And that's very smart. I wash my face with soap after work, and I use this cream with a-vitamine as a moisturizer in the evening, and not much more. Oh, alright, I put on my eyebrows in the morning. :( Can't walk around without eyebrows, it looks silly.
