You should defintely try and get some magazines (Like the Gothic and Lolita Bible) and perhaps some Japanese music CDs! A small shop called SAI SAI in London had a handful of Visual Kei CDs and magazines at the back, and it was really nice to be able to pick up some whilst buying clothes. I discovered some really good bands that way! It was important that the people running the store knew what the music was like, too, so they could recommend things. Also had some of the music playing in the store.
You might also want to include some subtle stuff that normal people could wear, or things that would be worn with a normal outfit. If you have an actual store now, it might be important to be able to make some money from people who are interested, but don't want to go the full length, so you can keep your store running
This sounds really exciting, hope it's going well, and good luck for the future!!
