First their magnificent Actdroid that was made in 2005 now the newest Actdroid-F: The Angel of Death made ATR latest creepy humanoid robot that can mime the operator's facial expression and head movements unbelievable(but not quite human) accuracy. Her job currently is to act as "observer in hospitals to gauge patient reactions. Though fascinating but very creepy.

 

Matter of opinion I don't like where it's goin. If they replace jobs with robots what about the common people and such etc so I hope this doesn't go to a new step of making robot workers so they don't have to pay them and just give them daily maintence

That is the creepiest thing I have seen in my life.

Ok... I am freaked... I seriously can't a future if they DO replace real people with robots... the people will all have nothing to do thus becoming homeless and unable to feed themselves which leads to them dying... so the human race will deplete... HAVE THESE PEOPLE NOT SEEN THOSE MOVIES WHERE ROBOTS TAKE OVER~? D; omg please dont let them replace humans...

I agree it's scary as hell XD but have those business men yet to see those movies of robots taking over the world and killing us all D;!??!!!

It seems they haven't seem then at all~! or they might think its not possible... must we remind them that ANYTHING is possible~?! D;

WoW O.o thats really creeppy i dont really want a robot to replace me :/ that be so weird I wonder if they actually would have  program emotions that would seriously creep me out

i LOVE this. X33 makes me all warm and fuzzy inside! and this was probably the best one i've seen yet in manner of preformance and realistic movement.  the only thing that makes me sad is when i realize that they'll probably never make small androids(read, small walking computers, who reminds you of your schedule and stuff like that) for the public use IN MY LIFETIME. (>_<) and, of course. before the end of days. *waving a cardboard box, saying: ZEH EEEND IS NEAR!* 

.. if they would, however, THEY would be macintosh (first to bring it to the ppl, that is). and then the world would be runned by computers feeding on our brainsubstances.

UHM I think I will pass on the being replaced option.....her movements are so wierd but still kinda lifelike....wow technology has really outdone it self compared to what my mom used to have! But still I think it should in a testing facility for now.....
