I am really torn, I really like the shape of it but not the design. They really played up the nautical theme too much. The corset does look like sewn, which looks cheap. From the way the skirt is hanging it's hard to see as a separate piece.
It's the sort of thing I'd want to steal the idea from but re-create myself.

The back of the dress makes it look as though the corset is sewn in to the dress which is a shame  The skirt would look better if there were less details. It just looks like they are trying to hard to throw a load of ideas together. I like the anchor by the neck but the one on the skirt almost looks like a dodgy transfer.

So it's alright.
I'm not that big of a Sailor Lolita fan, so that might be why.

Though I also ADORE the neckline and anchor.

I know it's pretty, but I just don't like.  ...Just not my cup of tea.

I kind of like it, but I feel like the design is a bit too busy, and the whole nautical theme is just being SHOVED in your face. I'm also a fan of more old-school, simpler lolita though, so maybe I'm biased. Also, I can't really tell from just this picture, but I feel like the lace looks rather cheap, but I'm probably wrong because I'm awful at identifying lace quality without a close-up of the lace in question. xD

Id like it without the buttons. No buttons on the stripes in fact id like a corset back.

The corset seem to have shirring in the back which makes me believe its sewn on the dress. I also like the top an the middle part but am a little unsure about the skirt part. If i would buy that dress the first thing i would do would be to remove the horrible lace... 

It feels like the more I look at it, the more I find to hate about it 

It's one of those cases of 'close but not quite there'. It could be cute but there are just too many things wrong.

I don't think it's thaaat bad ~ I bet you can make it look super cute
