I decided to design a coat for the Bodyline design contest because I am unable to make the coat myself. Here is hoping they like my design! The design looks a little basic because I am not very good with photoshopping. My husband accidentally sent the entry to Bodyline before I had time to ask your opinions but I would still like to know what you think!  This is the first time I have done this sort of thing so please go easy on me. Yes, I know I need to improve my drawing skills!

I really love your design! The three-dimentional roses are such a original and pretty idea!!  I'm afraid it would be impossible to sit in it tho... (me going with bus a while lot need to think practical :/)

Thank you! I did think about having the 3D roses on the front only so it was more practical but I left it as it was. Sadly I can't alter it now! If Bodyline pick it they will probably alter it a bit anyway. I hope they like it!

I like the design....however, I think that the roses would not just be a bit impractical to wear (as Zeruda pointed out, sitting! XD) but a bit impractical to make and produce.....Imagine how the roses might end up after bieng shoved, squeezed and shipped in one of Bodyline´s usual packages....even if they sent it in a nice box....if they got even a bit squished, they´d look blah. But I think that it has as good a chance as any other design in the contest anyway, because it´s such a cute and original concept anyhow, despite the "technical" difficulties.

Yeah. I can fully appreciate you all telling me that my design may get a bit squished. I understand what you mean. I just wish my husband hadn't sent it in so that I could change it! If I get any response from Bodyline I will let you know.

I agree that it would be hard to do due to the flowers getting squishy. Maybe the flowers could be on the cape instead?

I like eevee's idea with the roses on the cap. Maybe the roses could be printed on the fabric on the dress. I love those rose buttens tho. very cute. i love roses so this idea of a design looks great. I feel it need a more in depths thumbnail on the design.
