Can anyone tell me how to do this hairstyle? I can't seem to get it right.

Go to a black hair salon give them a picture and they might be able to do it or if you want to do it yourself Idk how to help you >x< sorry

Hmmm...it looks similar to a hairstyle BoA had in a music video one...
I believe it's 3half-cornrows, pulled up and to the side. Cornrows are hard to do, though, so you would most definitely have to get them done somewhere, but if your hair isn't super thick or curly, it shouldn't take long. Also, cornrows last a long time, so if you decide you really like this design on you, it'll stay a while :3

I think that for the side pulled back, you'd have to take little pieces of hair and almost like a French braid, twist it. As you twist it add in other pieces of hair until it's pulled back like in the picture. For the other side it looks like hairspray or hair putty/gum was applied to the roots for the volume, and was brushed forwards from the back then swooped to the side.
... did that make any sense? I hoped that helped.

Those are twists in her hair, I had that done once but in a different way. All you need to do is get some hair gel and little rubber bands, part the side of your head you want your twists done and section by section apply the gel and twist it as tight as you can take. When you r done twisting one part with the gel in it, take the little rubber band and do as you will a ponytail. After you r done with all the twists on the side of your head take some hair spray and spray it on the loose part of your hair and style it the way she has it in the picture. Hope it comes out great!!

do you have a rat tail comb? wrapping the hair around the handle and twisting towards the head makes for a tighter and more even corn row. spray in place with something like 'got 2 b glued' hair spray and it will make it rock hard :D
