Bodyline Sizes?

Hello, all.

So I want to buy some things from bodyline (or add them to my wishlist since my birthday's coming up), but I'm not sure which sizes to get. I weigh a lot, but I'm pretty tall for my age (16 and 5'8'') so the fat is distributed pretty well, I guess. I usually go for the XL and XXL sizes when I'm in stores, though. My dress size can be 10 or 12 (depending on the brand), and my hips measure in the 40s (inches). Which size do you think would fit me best? I've never bought from bodyline before, so I don't know what their sizes are like. Help?

You sound like you have similar measurements to me - The best thing to do with bodyline sizes is to measure yourself accurately.

Get your bust, waist and hip sizes and write them down, and look very carefully at the measurements listed on the clothing you're looking at. Bodyline sizes can vary alot in their measurements, depending on shirring etc.

I always make sure the measurements listed are a few CM bigger than my own so I know it will be a comfortable fit :) Hope that helps!

Thanks! It does help. :D

I wasn't sure if a few extra cm would fit nice or be kinda baggy, but I guess it'd be ok.

I always go for the T2L with the bodyline sizes, T is for tall and that's awesome :) And bodylines sizes are kinda small so even if i use a M in a regular store I'm very much more comfy in bodylines 2L. I wish they made more of those sizes tho, they're great! ^^ Always get up a size if you're unsure when it comes to japanese sizes :)

...I guess it would help to look at a size chart, too, huh? XD
